Processing/ Turn-Around Time Policy

*TAT is 7-10 business days AFTER payment has been made (once payment has been made, TAT starts the following business day). Shipping is not included in TAT. We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. We will work with you the best that we can, but once it is shipped- any issues during transit through delivery time is out of our hands. We will contact the shipping facility to help you out, but you must do so as well.
