Pick-up Policy

PICK UP HOURS: 

Mon- Fri (6PM-7PM) | Sat-Sun (8AM-5PM) (with the hotter weather approaching, please let me know when you plan to pick up so I can set it outside in the pick up bin- this allows the freshie to stay in a cool temperature)

All pick-up orders MUST be picked up within 7 DAYS of notification, unless otherwise stated by me for an extended timeframe. If your order is not picked up within that time, & you have not reached out to me (to extend your pick up), your order will be canceled WITHOUT a refund and the item will be used for a giveaway or resell.
